Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
  • 4 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in management consulting, in-house strategy and/or consumer tech, payments industries.
  • Experience leading and executing complex strategic and operational initiatives for large organizations.
  • Experience synthesizing multiple information sources into a coherent framework for addressing business opportunities and challenges.
  • Ability to display strategic thinking and thought leadership when engaging executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead senior cross-functional stakeholders and partners and influence executive decision making, while navigating complex organizational dynamics.

About the job

The Knowledge and Information Partnerships Strategy and Operations team works to create and drive cohesive go-to-market and partnership strategies across our partnerships with Financial institutions, merchants, marketplaces, and store builders. We understand the partner ecosystems and markets in which products operate, while applying structured analytics and reasoning to help create and execute strategy. In this role, you will help set partnerships strategies, create metric-driven approaches and partner closely with Product teams across product areas to deliver insights and influence product roadmap to build for localized market needs. You\'ll also work closely with cross-functional teams in Partnerships, Go-To-Market, Marketing, Product, and Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Drive critical analysis, insights, and recommendations on high-priority, strategic topics advising business leaders on partnerships go-to-market strategy and execution.
  • Manage strategic, analytical, and organizational projects concurrently, understanding project dependencies and removing barriers through clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Motivate cross-functional teams to drive projects to completion. Exhibit excellent judgment on complex issues, fostering collaboration.
  • Develop clear, simple, and persuasive internal and external communications to influence executive stakeholders. Exercise discretion on problems, determining appropriate escalation paths to drive contributions.
  • Drive operational excellence to support execution of the highest priority product-enabling partnership goals, including but not limited to project prioritization, resource planning and allocation, and cross-functional coordination.
