About the RoleAs a Strategy & Transformation Project Coordinator, you\'ll play a vital role in supporting the Director of Strategy, Transformation & Digital for the AMEA (Africa, Middle East & Asia) region. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the strategic heartbeat of Danone\'s AMEA operations, from overseeing the 3-year operational plan to driving the transformation roadmap.Key Responsibilities- Become an Integral Part of Strategic Initiatives: You\'ll support the preparation of presentations for key project reviews, zone transformation reviews, and project steering committees. This will provide you with a first-hand understanding of Danone\'s strategic decision-making process.- Master Project Management & Communication: Working closely with country stakeholders, you\'ll assist in managing deadlines, scheduling regular project reviews and steering committee meetings, ensuring a smooth and efficient project lifecycle.- Champion Efficiency & Innovation: You\'ll play a key role in centralizing and optimizing presentation templates, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance overall productivity within the department.- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.- Passion for the food and beverage industry and a strong interest in learning about large-scale operations is a plus.FlexibilityDo things your way.
