This position is responsible for shaping end-to-end Operations strategies--from initial definition through to return on investment projections and benefits realization--ensuring measurable strategic impact across the enterprise.
Success in this role requires strong coordination and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to align efforts, drive execution, and deliver outcomes that matter.
Operations Transformation Program GovernanceDrive development of budget papers for Operations Transformation Initiatives
Manage and maintain the portfolio of Operations Strategic Initiatives, including investments, benefits and on-going tracking against plan
Lead discussions with Finance Business Partners and Transformation office in relation to initiatives
Own the delivery governance, ensure that risks across the transformation programs are defined and surfaced early at the appropriate forums
Cost to serveSupport with the build of program including playbook for Operations in Singapore
Perform as the single point of contact on the cost to serve program from strategic planning to tracking of progress
Maintain a portfolio view across all transformation and BAU initiatives that deliver returns on the cost to serve
Develop Operations Strategies / Support on POCsSupport with development of strategies to drive change in the Operations Function across areas such as payments, digital initiatives, system implementations
Chair workshops as part of strategic initiatives development
Support on AI and Data initiative Proof of Concepts for the function in collaboration with group colleagues
Drive development of quarterly and annual strategy papers
Support with development of Operations Target Operating ModelCollaborate with cross functional senior leadership and teams to define the future state of the organization and key components of the TOM.
