Changi Airport Group (CAG) is the manager of Singapore Changi Airport, a leading air hub in Asia and one of the world\xe2\x80\x99s most awarded airports. As airport manager, CAG performs the key functions of airport operations, air hub development, retail and commercial activities, infrastructure development and airport emergency services. Employing about 1,800 staff across its diverse business functions, CAG was named the \xe2\x80\x98Most Attractive Employer\xe2\x80\x99 by Randstad in 2016.Role and ResponsibilitiesThe intern will be assigned to CAG Enterprise Digital Ecosystem & Business (EDEB)\xe2\x80\x99s Strategy and Performance section. The section\xe2\x80\x99s main role is to help orchestrate Changi\xe2\x80\x99s digital dream through innovative strategies and collaborations, as well as performance tracking and optimisation. He/she will have the opportunity to be involved in projects such as:

• Personalisation Roadmap \xe2\x80\x93 Orchestrate efforts across digital product and channel owners to achieve a hyper-personalised and omni-channel experience for the customer.
• Digital Ecosystem Performance \xe2\x80\x93 Enhance and automate how we may measure and monitor digital ecosystem metrics across multiple stakeholders, and develop strategies to improve results.
• Partnerships \xe2\x80\x93 Support the team in securing strategic partnerships that may help expand the enterprise digital ecosystem.
• Voice of the Customer \xe2\x80\x93 Support the team in development and tracking of action items related to orchestrating this, including evaluation of suitable platforms and monitoring NPS scores and follow-up action.
• Ad-hoc projects & admin duties

Qualifications and Education Requirements/ Preferred SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Meticulous and independent with attention to details and ability to multi-task effectively. Keen learner with a passion for building engaging product experiences.
