Job Description


The Strategy and Rewards Management Analyst acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and manage key Revenue lines and initiatives within the Cards and Unsecured Loans business. The incumbent will also manage key activities for the business, including Rewards adequacy, Regulatory Reporting and Product/Sales Controls for the Unsecured Lending business.

Responsibilities:

  • Monthly reconciliation of Rewards Adequacy : Reconciliation, validation and variance analysis across various datasets.
  • Planning / Forecasting for Rewards Adequacy : Able to accurately model the rewards formula and support the business in the various planning / outlook cycles
  • Controls : Provide timely and accurate responses for regulatory requests, audit requests, and support the MCA (Control Assessment) cycles.
  • Regulatory Reporting : Support the business in various adhoc reporting (e.g. MAS reporting, Operational Resiliency)
  • Perform deep dives on specific product lines to identify trends across key drivers and re-assess strategies and opportunities. Drive key strategic projects to grow revenue and manage expenses, develop quality dashboard and management reports for key drivers/trends
  • Acts as an SME to senior stakeholders and other team members in areas of Financial management, controls, regulatory reporting.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Maintains quantitative analytical skills
  • Knowledge of operational/financial modeling and ability to analyze financial statements
  • Ability to craft presentations that convey a clear story supported by data findings
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential
  • Competency in Power Query would be a bonus
  • Solid understanding of strategic financial planning or Prior experience in cards rewards management would be useful
  • Exercises critical thinking and independence of judgement
  • High degree of flexibility and productivity; initiative and creativity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • History of academic and professional excellence and achievement.

  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
