• Assist in the planning and designing of business processes and make recommendations for improvements
• Develop guidelines and best practices in operating AAC/H
• Support in the planning and executing of new activities/programmes
• Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct market research to support business objectives
• May require to perform additional duties as requested

Qualifications Good written and verbal communication Good interpersonal skills Detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills Familiar with Google Workspace Positive attitude and willingness to learn
