Hybrid Work Arrangement, 3 days Visit, 2 days on Call at home
JOB RESPONSBILITIES:
Palliative Home Care Setting - House Visit - Per day usually about 3-4 patients
- Monitor vital sign
- Advise next of kins what should take note of for the patients
- Abit of case management - they will call the patients to understand the symptom then will liaise with doctors on the medication to be given
- For the start, new nurses have to report to office first and they will tag along with the senior nurses
- Mon to Fri (Only weekdays), No weekends
- 8.30am to 6pm
- Serangoon - to collect items, then head out to Home Visiting
- The nurses will be given a cab cash/nets card (for transport)
- Diploma / Degree in Nursing
- Must have at least solid 5 years inpatient ward experience
