Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works Prepare design calculations, drawings and carry out Authority submissions Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Consultant and Authorities To coordinate & liaise with consultant, sub-con and other trades eg M&E and architectural for projects specifications & other technical issues To assist in project coordination and oversee of all structural/Civil works on site and ensure all related activities are carried out as per drawings Attend meetings inclusive technical meetings (not withstanding to minutes down the meeting if necessary) and site walks during the construction phase of project Keep track of test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme Document control and compilation accordance to company ISO standard Good knowledge and experience of condominium and deep basement construction. * Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Project Manager and Directors.
