Structural Steel Detailer ($2800 $4500/aws/vb)

Job Description
$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Site Erection Marking Plans & Elevations
- Interfacing and coordinating with Customers and other external drafting services on various technical matters.
- Prepare and provide Up-To-Date drawings to Production, QA/QC and Site Offices & then pass down accurate information or changes on the drawings details.
- Materials optimization using computer aided tools for rolled sections & plate parts.
- Produce/Prepare cutting plans for rolled sections & plate parts.
- Perform materials take-off to procurement purposes.
- Assist the Project Director to perform material estimate for Tender Projects.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCad & TEKLA Structures software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
