Your field of responsibility
Director level role in Securitized Product Finance team primarily responsible for originating and completing asset finance transactions in Asia and will be based in Singapore. Credit Suisse’s Directors assume a high degree of responsibility for both client relationship building and project management through a wide array of activities. The ideal candidate for the role must have experience and understanding in various asset classes and able to build strong client relationship with various originators and investors. You will lead and take full ownership of the transaction in terms of responsibility over client relationship, designing and implementing due diligence, perform credit analysis of various asset collateral to identify risk and structure mitigants, understand legal, regulatory, tax and accounting aspect of financing transaction and managing risk. You will be working in a fast passed work environment and expected to multi-task and perform with a high level of efficiency. As senior member of the team you will promote and cultivate relationship to enhance collaboration and teamwork within organization. Also you will provide guidance and mentor junior bankers.

Your skills and experience

Interested candidates must have completed an MBA or equivalent graduate degree and have proven experience in asset finance: To be part of this team you will have:

• Relevant deal experience in asset finance and securitization ideally across various asset classes and different jurisdictions in Asia
  
• Proven ability to manage deal teams
  
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
  
• Extensive understanding of deal structuring
  
• Ability to independently interpret and discuss analytical data
  
• Demonstrated academic achievement, specifically in finance and accounting
  
• Excellent written and verbal skills
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Proven ability to work in a time critical environment
  
• Ability to multi-task with excellent attention to detail
  
• Good understanding on asset lending process
  
• Skills to negotiate with internal and external parties
  
• Desire to learn about new jurisdictions and asset classes
