Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Admissions Services:
  • Manage student recruitment functions.
  • Provide course counselling to international families.
  • Conduct campus tours.
  • Explain the school\'s policies.
  • Cater to diverse educational backgrounds.
  • After School Enrichment Program Activities and Holiday Camps:
  • Assist families with activity applications.
  • Coordinate and run camps.
  • Supervise activities ensuring child safety.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Organize the admissions process.
  • Manage applications and follow up on documents.
  • Conduct professional school tours.
  • Provide post-admissions support.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Cooperate with team members.
  • Perform duties assigned by the Admissions Director.
Requirement:
  • Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 3 years of experience in admissions, marketing, or service industry.
  • Ability to work quickly under pressure.
  • High proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with great interpersonal skills.
