Job Highlights

Requirement:-

Min Diploma and above (preferably in the field of education/ community/ social services)
At least 2 years of relevant experience in managing a Student Care Centre
WSQ Student-Care Certification
Passionate and able to work with young children between 7 - 12 years old
Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:- You will be working closely with the Director to operate a student care centre with key responsibilities including:

Oversee day to day operations of a student care centre
Build up and maintain student enrollment in the centre
Recruit, mentor, lead and motivate staff in their work
Liaise with parents with regards to student matters
Ensure that programmes and activities are carried out as per curriculum
Plan for manpower and logistics
Handle fund collection and process staff claims
Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of applications, withdrawals of enrollment and fee assistance schemes
Maintain updated records\' of students\' profile and finance matters
Assist your student care teachers in supervision of the class where necessary
Other related duties as assigned by the Director
