Ginger Spark Education is growing! We are opening a second centre and are looking for a hands-on, empathetic and organised Principal to lead the team and shape the experience of our students and families.

Your Mission:

As Principal, you'll lead day-to-day operations and act as the anchor for your team, students and families. This is not a desk-only role -- you'll teach a few sessions weekly to stay close to the children's development and coach your teachers with insight and empathy.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support a team of teachers and support staff (including cook/cleaner)

- Teach selected subjects (1-2 hours/day) to track student progress and coach learning habits

- Build strong, trust-based relationships with parents through regular feedback and dialogue

- Supervise routines, behaviour, safety and a joyful learning atmosphere

- Plan and coordinate holiday programme activities with the central team

- Collaborate with HQ for curriculum alignment and operational support

You Bring:

- Strong leadership and people skills

- Teaching experience with children aged 7-12

- Confidence in managing parents professionally

- Ability to adapt, take initiative and lead with kindness

- Excellent spoken and written English (Mandarin/Malay is a bonus)
