Roles & Responsibilities
The student relations manager plays a key role in enhancing all areas of a student’s experience with KLCII throughout the student journey and supporting student welfare and school life. To ensure good quality customer service and support services are provided to students such as advisory services, counselling support and student activities.
Consistently deliver and champion an excellent student experience and a high-quality service to all stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
1. To plan and organize student extra-curricular activities organized internally and externally with industry partners and professional associations: E.g. Orientation, career talks, workshops, community services, competitions and fairs.
2. To provide career services and employment opportunities for students.
3. Pre-arrival arrangement (accommodation, airport pick-up coordination) for foreign students.
4. To assist the Counselling Committee in Pastoral Care.
5. To implement and maintain communication channels with students, closely work with KLCII Marcom department. Review and update publicity and communication channels (student services related).
