& Requirement:

• Operations Management: Manage all aspects of the studio\'s operations, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, inventory management, and overall facility upkeep.
• Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of studio staff, including artists, technicians, administrative personnel, and support staff. Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a high level of productivity and teamwork.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and creative leads to allocate resources, set deadlines, and ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement necessary adjustments to meet objectives.
• Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and manage the studio\'s budget, including expenses related to equipment, supplies, staffing, and maintenance. Monitor costs and revenue streams and implement strategies to optimize profitability.
• Client and Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and other external stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering opportunities for business growth and partnerships.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that the studio operates in compliance with health and safety regulations. Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to protect employees and maintain a safe working environment.
• Technology and Infrastructure: Stay up to date with industry trends and technological advancements relevant to the studio\'s operations. Evaluate and implement new technologies, software, and equipment to enhance productivity and creative capabilities.
