:
Manage purchasing activities for consumable and non-consumable goods, which assures the studio's needs run smoothly.
Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.
Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of the items between suppliers/ local/ overseas suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to studio on time.
Ensure ingredients are in place for trainings, regular and trial lessons.
Ensure non-consumable goods (e.g. cake/bread packaging, baking supplies, disposable aprons, etc.) are always in-stock.
Involve in all Cooking/Cake/Bread trainings to facilitate ordering of ingredients and equipment.
Achieve lesson attendance by conducting lessons stated in the Salary Rank Guide.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned whenever required.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma with 2 years relevant working experience in F&B purchasing or equivalent
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
Able to work independently as well as in team
