Responsibilities: * Handle contract management, subcontracting, measurement and claims to the customer * Review Subcontract Tender Document prepared by contracts engineers, participate technical Responsibilities : Handle contract management, subcontracting, measurement and claims to the customer Review Subcontract Tender Document prepared by contracts engineers, participate technical and commercial clarifications, evaluate and recommend suitable tenderer to award Reviewing of subcontract documentation and ensure it is in accordance to legal and customer requirements and subsequent execution of subcontract Review and approval of work orders Lead team of contract engineers and Quantities surveyors Responsible to manage the contract variation order process for the project Works closely with customers and legal team on contract settlement Attend to Client meeting and queiries on contractual and commercial Ensure compliance with financial authority limit Prepare and review project costing report to ensure that project expenditures are within budget and in compliance with the contractual specifications Handle various project costing reporting to corporate as required Manages the billing and payment follow up process and monitors project milestone/progress to ensure timely progressive payments in accordance to the contract conditions Finalise project final accounts with customer, settlement with subcontractors.
