Responsibilities

• Support subscription business execution and growth by expanding market presence, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
• Market research and analysis to identify potential target segments, emerging trends, and competitive landscape.
• Sales and revenue generation - Develop and executive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities to expand our customer reach.
• Client relationship management - Understand customers evolving needs and address any concerns.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of products to provide professional advice and guidance to customers.
• Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure an optimal selection of car models.
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted campaigns to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with internal business functions to achieve targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to internal team members.
• Provide regular reports and analysis of progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Identify potential business opportunities to expand our customer reach.
• Provide quality service to customers and monitor aging contracts for return business.
• Monitor overdue rentals to reduce debtor risk.
• Stay updated on industry trends, car models, and market changes to ensure a competitive edge. Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal selection of car models while maximizing fleet utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with 1-3 years of working experience.
• Class 3/3A driving license.
• Experience as a Business Development Executive in the car rental, car sharing, or transportation industry is a plus.

• Knowledge of vehicle make and models.
• Understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and industry trends.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Location: Alexandra (\xef\xbb\xbfwill be shifting to East area in few months time), \xef\xbb\xbfMon Fri (8.30am to 6pm)\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf
