We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Subscriptions & Offline Operations Intern for our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor – comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management team. About the role: This role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Head of Subscription and Offline. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with telesales team to process Vendors' applications
• Responsible to maintain data hygiene within CRM tool, and internal spreadsheets
• Work closely with the Vendor onboarding team to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of accounts signed
• Responsible for front-end checks and raising issues/concerns that might compromise the user-experience
• Support Head of Subscription and Offline in preparing reports or any other ad-hoc administrative duties
• Support customer support department in resolving customer issues relating to Subscription and Offline

• Strong project management, independent worker who is highly adaptable
• Proficiency in MS Office with strong Excel skills
