Strategy
1. Responsible for planning, managing and execution of the Data Migration activities.
2. Co-ordinate, Plan and Assign work to the team members and do quality checks on the work completed.
3. Design and Co-ordinate the training for user activities before and after cutover.
4. Conduct regular sessions with business users and translate the discussions to requirements.
5. Create reports and dashboards on the status of the project
Business
Responsibilities include:
1. The delivery of Peoplesoft migration to Successfactors
2. Understands HR and T&I scorecard deliverables
Processes
Understands all Technology related standards, including SDF, ICS
People and Talent
1. Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
2. Ensure the provision of ongoing training and development of people, and ensure that holders of all critical functions are suitably skilled and qualified for their roles ensuring that they have effective supervision in place to mitigate any risks.
3. Employ, engage and retain high quality people, with succession planning for critical roles.
