Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrating sales leadership for staff by actively involved on the selling floor
- Constantly encourage sales team to meet assigned sales and productivity goals
- Advise in-store events/activities
- Alert of local trading environment, market trends and its impact on our sales
- Frequently evaluate the sales and customer service skills of staff, provide coaching on skills enhancement when required
- Monitoring and assisting sales staff training
- Analyses the business needs, productivity and KPIs
- Leading the execution of retail excellence standards
- Address and action performance management issues through consistent feedback
- Assessing team capabilities and building strong succession plan for the store, with identified High Potential talents and design of development plans
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent
- 3 year(s) of working experience in related industry
- Can work retail hours (e.g., shift work, public holidays and weekends)
- With ready to wear environment experience
