Job Highlights:

• Starting salary up to $2,800 with AWS and Variable Bonus
• 6-day work week, rotating shifts (including weekends and public holidays)

Responsibilities:

• Store Operations: Assist in opening/closing, manage inventory, and support department sales to meet targets.
• Staff Management: Learn to plan rosters, schedule labor, and train team members.
• Cost & Inventory Management: Monitor operating costs, manage inventory, and minimize shrinkage.
• Merchandising: Ensure merchandise displays meet company standards.
• Safety Compliance: Follow work and food safety guidelines.
• Customer Interaction: Address customer feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Administrative Support: Assist in overseeing store-related administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Retail, Business Administration, or Sales & Marketing.
• Comfortable working rotating shifts and weekends.
• Passionate about retail and customer service.
