Attend to order-related enquiries by customers, as well as handle operational exceptions. . Supervise and train a team of Retail Assistant in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and manpower rostering. Requirements . Diploma/ GCE A' level/ Higher NITEC/ GCE O' level . Retail or Warehouse experience is a plus . Independent, meticulous and team player with good leadership skills . Hands-on person and service-oriented . Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with smartphones . Must be able to work 6-day work week, rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays . Able to start work immediately will be preferred . Experience in logistic, online grocery, retail experience or supermarket experience is an advantage
