DESIGNATION : Team Leader (Human Resource)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Your day-to-day responsibilities includes:

• Accurate and timely updates of new hires details onto our HR system
• E-filing and record maintenance of staff particulars
• Keep track of employee's lifecycle within the organization
• Provide support in administration, processing and communication of staff benefits
• Handle enquiries from stakeholders from various departments or branches
• Participate in the team's continuous review and streamlining of existing workflows
• Ad-hoc HR projects or duties assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in Business, Human Resource Management or any related discipline preferred
• Knowledge in HR systems, especially SAP would be a plus
• Good knowledge of the local Employment Act
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint) and G-Suite (Sheets / Docs / Slides)
• Independent and meticulous team player who is able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Possess a high degree of confidentiality
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
