Job Description

:

The Outlet Supervisor is a key position to lead and to manage the day-to-day F&B operations.

The key responsibilities are general outlet management, driving sales revenue, managing operating cost, ensuring outlet QSC, performing customer service and cashier duties, scheduling of staff roaster, training of staff, handling of prescribed food & beverage system and others.

You will work very closely with the Area Manager to operate and grow the outlet operations.

Supervision Duty

  • Manage staff & scheduling once a month or fortnightly
  • Organize preparation work to be completed within the day
  • Lead by example
  • Churn out sales report accordingly to POS data
  • Harmonize good relationship amongst stall colleagues, HQ staff and suppliers
  • Ensure food safety & work safety guidelines
  • Proper knowledge of food storage guidelines
  • Supervise and monitor colleague performance
  • Able to multitask, prioritize & manage time efficiently
  • Physically fit to lead & manage team members
Beverage & Food Handling
  • Prepares traditional style and serve Nanyang coffee, tea and other hot and cold beverages
  • Prepares and serves all sorts of prescribed breads and toasts
  • Prepares and serves local food fare like Mee Siam, Mee Rebus, Laksa and others based on established recipe builds
  • Set-up relevant stations for service hours
  • Able to work independently during preparation hours
Quality Assurance
  • Adhere to prescribe menu & serving guidelines such as food portioning & presentation
  • Ensure the food quality standard for dine-in, delivery and take-away (or Pick-up) are consistent and of the highest serving quality;
  • Conduct regular monthly store and / or concept audits and ensure that SOPs are being adhered to;
  • Conduct regular checks on food safety, hygiene and kitchen equipment maintenance.
Cashiering
  • Take food orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude
  • Key in customer's orders into POS
  • Engage with customers in a friendly manner
  • Good knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions
  • Ensure customer receives their meals and take action to correct any issues
  • Rotate with assigned colleagues on cashiering and service
  • Collect payments from customer
  • Deposit cash into Company's assigned bank account on alternate days/weekly depending on company policy
Others
  • Sanitizing of workstations
  • Willing and able to operate mobile devices like 3rd party delivery platform gadget (eg Grabfood, Foodpanda)
  • Ordering of food ingredients on a daily basis from approved suppliers
  • Monthly inventory count
  • Outlet Supervisor is subjected to redeployment to manage other outlets at the discretion of the Company on an interim or permanent basis
Qualifications:
  • Tech Savvy
  • Hands-on with good problem-solving skills relating to food court operations and customer issues
  • Ability to foster positive working relationships
  • Experience working in the F&B sector is a plus
  • Culinary experience preferred
Other Information:
  • Resourceful and ability to work under pressure.
  • A team player and able to work independently.
  • PC proficiency in MS Words, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • 6 days work week, rotating shift.
