This would involve managing the different facets of residential life and programs and stakeholders to create a safe and conducive - Home Away From Home - for mothers and babies. Job Requirements and Responsibilities 1. Ensure a safe and conducive physical and emotional and psychological environment for residents. 2. Develop ad maintain strong relationships with and amongst residents 3. Manage a team of Residential Assistants 4. Plan and implement Residential programs 5. Develop and implement strategies and program to establish a network of alternative residential options (including but not limited to homestay and accommodation partners). 6. Interview and assess potential homestay hosts 7. Maintain strong relationships with homestay hosts and other residential partners 8. Work in partnership with case team to facilitate matching with suitable residential options. .Some shift work and weekends will be required.
