Responsible for day-to-day works.
Responsible to communicate complex information in a simple and understandable way.
Responsible to lead and guide M&E workers, and subcontractors for daily operations.
Schedule, monitor, and report on the progress of M&E installations.
Work with project managers, engineers, and other trades to resolve site conflicts and ensure smooth workflow.
Responsible to Identify and address technical and operational issues promptly to prevent delays.
Responsible to maintain proper documentation, such as drawings, inspection reports, and project specifications
Requirement:
Minimum Basic Vocational Certificate.
Minimum 10 (Ten) years' experience in relevant field .
Having skill in AC installation, maintenance and repair
Having skill in using various tools and equipment related to AC Units.
Expert knowledge of commercial and residential AC units.
Prefer for having good communication skills
Must be able to work in day or night shift (if required)
Must be able to work in weekend or public holidays (if required)
