Responsibilities and Duties:

Control material wastage and manage workers on site.
Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
Work hand-in-hand with the project team to create a mutual understanding of the project strategy based on the requirement of the job.
Plan and monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project schedule.
Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
