Job Description

Job Scope / Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate tiling works at project sites, ensuring quality and timely completion. Manage and lead site workers and subcontractors, assigning tasks and monitoring progress. Ensure work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship and finishing meet required standards. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and clients on project requirements and updates. Prepare daily/weekly site reports, work progress updates, and resolve site issues. Monitor use of materials and control wastage. Ensure proper housekeeping and safe practices at worksite.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience in construction, preferably in tiling works. Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering, Building, or related field preferred (relevant experience may also be considered). Strong knowledge of tiling techniques, materials, and installation standards. Familiar with workplace safety regulations and able to enforce compliance on-site. Good leadership and communication skills to manage workers and liaise with stakeholders. Able to work independently, handle pressure, and meet project deadlines. Possess a valid Building Construction Supervisor Safety (BCSS)* certification (preferred).
