Supervisor (freshfood Taskforce)
Job Description
:The roles and responsibilities of this role are to drive sales and profitability of Fresh Department by ensuring overall visual merchandising, product range, and shrinkage management at the store level. He/she must be equipped with in-depth knowledge of the Fresh Department mainly on product features, processes, visual management, service standards, and shrinkage management. The role is also responsible for store auditing, training/coaching, visual merchandising, along other tasks. He/she needs to work closely with branches and other related departments for alignment and driving the fresh business.Qualifications:
- High school Diploma or Equivalent required
- Additional certification of training in butchery, food service operations, food safety or management is an advantage
- Proven 2 to 4 years of meat processing, butchery, or a related field with supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of meat cuts, preparation techniques, and food safety standards.
- Proficiency in inventory/shrinkage management, budgeting and basic computer skills
- Sound written and verbal communication
- Knowledge in SAP, Tableau, Microsoft, Google Suite is preferred
- Work Location: FairPrice Hub (Beside Joo Koon MRT)
- Work Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 6pm
