Job PurposeThe HR Supervisor will support the HR functions of Strides Holdings, with a primary focus on administration and data management. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues to consolidate relevant workforce data.
• Organise and verify data for consistency and error.
• Transfer data from offline records to HR enterprise system.
• Coordinate and support workforce in performing administrative transactions.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Relevant experience in HR administration

SkillsTechnical skills include:

• Familiarity with SAP HR is added advantage
• Basic digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel

Generic skills include:

• Able to work independently and part of the team.
• Meticulous and attention to detail
