Job Purpose

The HR Supervisor will support the HR functions of Strides Holdings, with a primary focus on recruitment activities, foreign manpower administration and employee data management. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities, such as conducting interviews, pre-employment checks, new hire orientation and exit clearance
• Process work pass application, renewal and cancellation related matters
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems
• Prepare HR-related documents, including employment contracts and employment certification letters
• Provide administrative support to the HR team

Qualifications & Work Experience

• GCE \'O\' Levels
• Relevant experience in HR administration

Skills

Generic skills include:

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, experience in SAP is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
