Plan and assign machinery and manpower according to production loading and work in-process (WIP).
Monitor and follow-up all production loading within given leadtime.
Assist in waste control for raw material and spare part usage.
Monitor and ensure the operational activities are in conformance to documented procedures.
Supervise, motivate and discipline a team of employees.
Responsible for the recruitment and selection of operational employees.
Assign and initiate training programs such as induction program, on the-job-training and any other operational training.
Conduct performance appraisal management.
Conduct training when required.
Ensure safety and housekeeping at work area.
Provide technical support to the Production Line as and when it required.
Requirements:
Diploma with min 2 years of relevant experience in the Electronics manufacturing industry.
Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality Management System and related documentation requirements.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and continuous improvement practices.
Possess good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Able to lead and motivate a team to achieve production and quality targets.
Hands-on and proactive with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* 5.5 days work week (Mon-Fri & Alt Sat, 7.00am to 3.00pm)
