Job Description
JOB DUTIES
Analyze all opportunities and recommend ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Maintain and provide efficient backup to supply department and ensure achievement of all internal and external needs.
Provide training to junior workers and provide upgrade to various technical skills.
Analyze and identify all performance related issues and ensure appropriate steps to prevent loss.
Check and cleaning machine
Maintain machinery and equipment, ensure the machine can operate well
Initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
Maintains safe and clean work environment on the use of all machines, equipment, and tools
Help on loading and unloading, general work, carpentry work
Need to perform ad hoc duties as arranged by employer
Requirements
Ability to work under stress Able to work early morning start from 6am Able to work on weekend Able to accpet work overtime Able to work under hot environment Have at least one year relevant working experience Multitasking * Is a problem solver
