Scheduling, overseeing, recruiting, and training bakery staff. Ensuring high-quality, consistent baked goods by monitoring production processes, ingredient mixing, and product presentation. Managing ingredient inventory, placing orders, and ensuring all necessary supplies are on hand to prevent shortages. Ensuring all baking equipment is in good working condition and properly maintained. Examining baked products for quality, consistency, taste, and presentation. Upholding high service standards, resolving customer complaints, and fostering a positive customer experience. * Monitoring product costs, pricing, and production schedules to meet sales and operational targets and ensure profitability.
