Job Responsibilities

• Manage building A&A/ defect rectification works
• Ensuring all work are carried out safely and in accordance with safety procedures.
• Supervise technician and sub-contractor for equipment maintenance and rectifications
• Prepare and submit monthly facilities maintenance/repair reports
• Manage all minor work repairs/rectification to electrical services or equipment’s.
• Liaison with customer on all maintenance program ensuring minimum disruption to their operations
• Provide supervision and escort during any vendor activity
• Attend to any fire drill, equipment testing as required
• Provide inputs into the creation of SOP/EOP
• Respond to any incident and escalation as per the SLA requirements
• Conduct the necessary the mitigation in order to make safe, isolate fault and resume operation
• Handle ACMV, Building, Fire Response System/DECAM, Electrical and Mechanical rectification.
• Escalate issues and incidents and provide support during emergency call out/manpower coverage.

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with minimum 3 years relevant experience; or
• NITEC (or equivalent) in relevant FM discipline, with minimum 5 years relevant experience; or
• Higher NITEC (or equivalent) in relevant FM discipline, with minimum 3 years relevant experience; or
• Minimum SEC (Skill Evaluation Certification) of relevant FM discipline accredited by BCA, with minimum 5 years relevant experience;
• Willing to work at Tuas South area (transport provided at Boon Lay MRT station)
