Job Description
Location: Orchard/ Great World / Jewel Changi
Monthly Pay: From $2,300 to $2,900 depending on position and experience

Responsibilities:
- Ensure all duties are carried out according to SOP to meet and exceed standards in quality of food, service, safety and cleanliness
- Consistently review operations and staff’s performance to identify any problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement
- Provide training and coaching to staff, assess performance and provide feedback on an ongoing basis
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensuring profitability of the outlet
- Consistently monitor product and labour costs to remain within budget
- Conduct monthly stock count for food & beverage, packaging, and all other stocks
- Solicit guest feedback to understand the needs and wants of customers
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by The Management

Our ideal candidate should possess...
- Have at least 1 year of experience working in the food-service industry in a supervisory role
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Have a positive attitude; Able to create a warm and friendly atmosphere with a high level of energy and spirit
