Founded in October 2010 by Olivier Bendel, Deliciae Hospitality Management (DHM) opened its first
restaurant, L\xe2\x80\x99Entrecote The Steak & Fries Bistro, on the quaint duxton hill in Singapore. DHM currently
has 6 restaurants, all situated at iconic destinations across Singapore: L\xe2\x80\x99Entrecote The Steak & Fries
Bristro at duxton hill, lorong mambong and customs house; Sabio by the Sea over-looking the sea at
the picturesque Quayside Isle-sentosa cove; BTM at duxton hill; and Riviera our stunning
Mediterranean Fine Dining and Lounge concept over-looking the iconic Marina Bay of Singapore

We are looking for the elites of the F&B industry, as Supervisors in overall Mediterranean, European
and or French cuisine style to join our DHM family.

:

• Reporting to the RM (restaurant manager) and or his/her assigned personnel working towards

restaurant\xe2\x80\x99s annual operating budget.

• Coordinate daily front of the house operations including bar related job scopes.
• Always ensure and maintain consistency of product quality presentation as set by company

and manager.

• To achieve sales target by upselling of beverages/food items and maintaining customer

satisfaction.

• Ensure to comply with regulatory compliances for hygiene; health, food safety , risk

management and working in a safe environment for all employees and during deliveries.

• Assisting RM working towards the same goal for accountability in planning strategies to

ensure that company business plan is delivered.

• Manage inventory which includes ordering, receiving and stock taking (FSMS-monitoring

forms are duly filled daily).

• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation and adhere to risk management control procedures at

all times.

• Deliver the company brand promise and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Must have good knowledge of the restaurant/bar menu and their recipes.
