Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day restaurant operations
- Assist in preparation for restaurant service and table set up
- To ensure the quality and consistency of service provided to guests
- Manage stocks and inventories
- Manage guest’s complaints effectively
- Maintain good housekeeping regime and report defects in furniture and equipment
- For bartender position – preparation of cocktail drinks, hot and cold beverages
- For Waiters and Waitresses - At least 1 year of relevant experience
- For Supervisors / Captains / Bartender – At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal communication
- A well-groomed and professional appearance
- Good command of spoken English
- Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
