Supervisor/Snr Supervisor, Operations (Depot)
Job Purpose
Operation supervisor, Depot is an integral role in SMRT Buses. Reporting to Deputy Depot Head, together with rest of the operation supervisors and officers, he/she will be responsible to support the daily Bus Operations (Depot) duties.
Responsibilities
Safety & Service
- Conduct safety checks and enforcement
- Facilitate safety engagement to Bus Captains and Depot staff
- Conduct WSH investigation and follow up
- Conduct site coordination for serious accidents
Operations
- Coordinate for MAR audit and bus cleanliness
- Coordinate and checks on bus advertisement
- Manage coinbox operation
- Conduct service performance investigations and preliminary investigations on accidents
- Oversee staff management of Operation Officers and bus service representatives
- Manage bus bridging and free bus ride operations
Facilities & Maintenance Management
- Facilitate external / internal visits (i.e. SPF CCTV viewing)
- Conduct first parade task checks, routine premise checks and closure of audit follow up
- Conduct Bus Interchange system functionality checks and periodic checks for unmanned terminals
- Manage premise cleaners and security guards
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Minimum diploma in any field
- Fire safety manager and experience in transport operation management will be a bonus
Skills
Technical skills include:
- Microsoft office
- First aid
- Class 3/3A, 4/4A (Optional)
