Job Description

Responsibilities
Coordinate with Outsource Management during selection, assessment and approval of subcontractors for PCBA, Meter & Full turnkey
Responsible for establishing, controlling/maintaining and improving the subcontractors' quality assurance and development system
Perform audits on new and existing subcontractors with the purpose of evaluating the expected quality performance of the subcontractors
Involve in New Production Introduction (NPI) & Product transfer to Subcontractors
Initiate Corrective Action Report management and resolution
Working with subcontractors on customer complaint
Develop and maintain comprehensive procedures and policies to measure and ensure subcontractor's performance
Monitor key quality metrics (Subcontractor's OTD, and Quality - system, process audit & yield)
Establish sampling plan & testing criteria during incoming, site inspection or at subcontractor's production
Continuous improvement and management by data
Become subject matter expert (such as FMEA, SPC, ESD, MSD)
Partial responsibility in Quality Service, developing, coordinating & monitoring of MID & MIR procedures & certifications
Manage & monitoring of equipment calibration
Adhere to Quality Management System of the company
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in engineering with minimum three years of related experience
Must be able to analyze data for accuracy and correctly interpret results
Experience in managing Subcontractors (PCBA, box build assembly & full turnkey)
Strong knowledge & experience in the application of statistical methods/SPC process capability
Good English & Chinese communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong analytical, organizational and troubleshooting skills
Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook
Must be able to communicate with all levels of the organization
Willing to travel frequently
