Job Title Supplier Quality ManagerSupplier Quality ManagerYou will assure that the Quality Systems at Philips Health Tech and at the suppliers (including contract manufacturers) meet relevant Purchasing Controls requirements; scope of activity includes all QMS relevant Purchasing Controls processes, systems and procedures, as well as Q&R processes indirectly related to Purchasing Controls (e.g., CAPA, audit). Participate in the development and continuous improvement of suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 Quality Assurance processes to ensure high quality and compliance. SQA is accountable and responsible for supplier audits, external inspections/ audits of purchasing, and training.Your Role:

• Assigned to a central team to support all QMSs in the region
• Managing ASL in the System (Uploading relevant evidence)
• Maintaining all certificates in Windchill, Ariba
• Supporting ASL owner in administration of the ASL
• Supplier Audit Management and execution
• Creates audit engagements for the auditors.
• Responsible for audit preparation for A1, A2 and A3 audits (Gather data from SPM, QMS coverage etc\xe2\x80\xa6)
• Executing level A1, A2 and A3 audits and adopting audits
• Adopts audits for Internal Suppliers (no execution)
• Managing Master Data in Windchill and Archer
• Audit cancelation/extension based on the PEPF rules (properly documented in the system)
• Overcheck 3rd party onboarding (PRA) completion in Windchill and VIP where applicable in Europe
• SQNs for 3rd party products coming from customer complaints.
• Issues SCARs and SQNs and follow up NCs found during the supplier audit until closure.
• Provide regular feedback to the BPO team for further process improvements.

You\'re likely the right fit if you possess:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Quality related discipline or equivalent.
• 6 - 10 years of Quality Management background ideally in Supplier Quality Assurance
• Good understanding QMS Application and Implications: Including ISO 9001, Standards and Regulations
• Medical Device Awareness: ISO 13485 preferred
• Lead Auditor Qualification
• Risk Identification, Assessment and Mitigation
• Approved Supplier List Management
• Good problem-solving skills
• Good communications skills
• Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships
• Driven and takes Initiative
