: Responsibilities

• Purchasing & Inventory Management and Timely process of Purchase Order for Trade, Retail & e-Commerce channel
• Timely process of Purchase Order for Project channel, checking of WELS compliance before release
• Work closely with factory on MAD and shipment arrangement and 3rd party purchases, that not reflected in SAP
• Work closely with Schock on, from PO placement till shipment arrival for subsidiary, inform WH to scan stock, inform Customer Service to arrange shipment for re-export
• Stock transfer within storage location and MR processing and ensure no stock out for CAT A & B articles
• Periodic review and analysis of stocks trends and Safety Stock adjustment in SAP
• Work closely on Inventory days and Project & C-stocks report to CS & Project Ops on delivery
• Release CN POs for All Regional Market and update Incoming shipment Excel File
• Warehouse & Logistics, liaise with forwarder to ensure shipment arrived on time
• Resolve stock discrepancies with suppliers / forwarders and handle any related claims
• Process claim for missing spare part and liaise with 3rd party warehouse on storage due to warehouse space issue.
• Liaise with 3rd party warehouse & communication with Customer Service on transhipment to regional markets.
• SAP MM Module update / change of material master data
• Maintenance of purchasing info record and source list in SAP and update country of origin for material
• Block / unblock articles from SAP, due to restriction. Eg. For Korea market & No WELS articles
• Marketing Support and place PO for Showtec, Marketing MR & GP Tools
• Maintain article code for corporate gifts in SAP and propose free stock article list for Ecom platform

Requirements

• Diploma/ Nitec in Logistic, Business, Engineering or any equivalent discipline
• At least 2 – 3 years of logistics , coordination or warehouse management experience
• Experience from MNC or FMCG, manufacturing industry
• Good communication skill and MS Excel , Application proficiency
• Detailed and able to work under fast pace environment
• Able to start work immediate basis
