Job Summary
Assumes responsibility for the generation, maintenance and continuous improvement of all existing inventory related reports. They are also responsible for supporting the Supply Chain team's reporting requirements such as the development of new reports, providing ad hoc analysis and providing systems expertise. The Supply Chain Analyst will also lead/support key improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain function.
Responsibilities

Maintenance and update of KPI data.
Tracking of defined KPI'S to support the Team in achieving its objectives and initiatives
Identify opportunities and approaches for streamlining and automating routine processes.
Ensure data accuracy within SAP.
Support ad hoc analysis as identified by Sales Team personnel.
Build and maintain databases for ongoing analysis.
Provide Administrative support as assigned.
Fostering a Culture of Compliance by operating within guidelines and procedures, leading by example and focusing on risk assessment and elimination.
Order processing.
Project involvement.

Job Requirements

Bachelors Degree in supply chain management / Logistics or any relevant degree
Performance oriented, analytical, and sharp minded
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
Demonstrate a good team player
Familiarity/Literacy with SAP is an added advantage
