Supply Chain Assistant ($2500 $3500/aws/vb)

Job Description
$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of incoterms and experience in preparing full spectrum of export shipping documentation.
- Knowledge of standard office software programs, spreadsheet, word-processing, email applications and Power Point.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work well with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Flexible attitude needed to thrive in an ambitious and fast- growing company.
- Excellent decision-making skills; makes important decisions that impact the department and ensures they are proactively and appropriately communicated
- Good communication skills, especially as it relates to transparency, collaboration and ability to work across communication channels.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, enjoys a good challenge and remains focused even in the face of setbacks.
- Flexible, determined, eager to experiment and has an open mind.
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/ Warehouse / Freight Forwarding is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
