What You Will Do

Lead the team to meet targets and goals for quality and on-time delivery including oversee the supply chain activities. Drive root cause analysis when targets are not met Lead and supervise team members to develop them towards a self-directed and multi-skilled workforce through planned skills training Ensure compliance of standards; drive CORE, EH&S and Ethics culture in the team. Assume roles in EH&S sub-committees Interface with various business functions such as Operations, Engineering, Quality, Customer Support, Finance and HR to achieve operational goals and company's objectives Develop performance indicators (KPIs) for the team to track team performance Manage team to ensure material flows across entire supply chain process value stream Ensure accuracy and fulfilment for Module and Engine Assembly Support and implement supply chain transformation in alignment to organizational goals Maintain safety standards. CORE involvements to improve efficiency of the process. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements. Carry out any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

You Must Have

Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or any other related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Good working knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, prioritization and multi-tasking skills. Good team player and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated and self-directed. Able to learn quickly with a strong ability to drive and deliver results.

Qualifications We Prefer

Relevant experience in Aerospace or Manufacturing. Relevant aircraft engine workshop practices and maintenance & repair of gas turbine engines. Demonstrate effective communication skills with strong leadership and business acumen. Able to work with all levels of management and in a fast-paced, matrix reporting organization.
