Supply Chain Coordinator ($3000 $4500/aws/vb)

Job Description
$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: CentralResponsibilities
- Develop and adjust an achievable supply plan
- Handle stock management in designated areas
- Coordinate sales and agents\' forecasts
- Ensure the accuracy of purchase and repo quotations
- Coordinate and process purchase orders, ensuring all shipment documentation meets destination customs and customs broker requirements
- Receive deliveries and update the arrival dates on the stock list
- Record the product\'s serial numbers on the stock list upon stock arrival at the warehouses
- Close the purchase and repo jobs status and generate job invoicing for the Finance Team
- Bachelor\'s degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
