Job Description
- Position: Supply Chain Coordinator
- Location: Alexandra
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 + Monthly Transport Reimbursement + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Electric Wires & Cables for Automobiles
- Coordination with internal & external parties (customers / supplier & freight forwarders etc)
- Daily shipment arrangement (PO generating / sending, SAP input, Sailing schedule arrangement / Invoice & BL checking etc)
- Supplier and customer management (Order backlog & Forecast management)
- Inventory control (For temporary & BCP stock)
- Cost Analysis (Awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost)
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
- Minimum Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Candidate who does not have sufficient relevant experience may be considered as long as they possess a willing to learn attitude.
- Candidates must be comfortable with working overtime and overseas travel.
