Office: East * Reports to Assistant Manager (Purchasing & Warehousing Section)
Responsibilities
(1) Order management & Fulfilment for company products
Timely Execution of Orders Management, including timely and accurate order processing, Placing orders to Vendors.
Monitor and Follow up on lead time and update to SAP system timely.
Liaise and communicate with Vendors and Internal Stake Holders (such as SCM team, Sales Section & Other Department) to ensure on time shipment arrangement.
(2) Warehouse (Inventory) Management
Effectively working with External Vendors and Internal StakeHolders (such as Sales, SCM team, Finance) to arrange on time replenishment of Inventory and planning of delivery schedule.
Issuance of Shipping instruction before dateline to ensure on time delivery.
Ensure timely verification of all shipping documents in order to ensure documents received prior to shipments arrival at destination.
Handle Import shipments, Insurance claim and documentation.
Liaise with 3PL Warehouse for Storage and matching inventory for any discrepancy with the SAP system.
Ensure accuracy of billing invoices from all vendors and posting/Original invoice\'s Filing to Finance section on time for payment arrangement.
Organize and ensure timely filing of documents in accordance to audit requirement.
Organize and Facilitate Mid-Year and Year-End Physical Stock take arrangement.
Reconcile stock take result with Finance section and adjustment of stock in SAP after approval.
(3) Price List Maintenance in SAP
Update and Maintenance of Price List from Vendors in Price list (Excel) and SAP.
Others Duties
Month End Inventory Reports including Inventory Status report, Excessive & Dead Stock etc.
Produce and Maintain Job\'s related reports if required.
Support inter-company/Dept. purchasing/warehouse transfer for samples.
Arrange of shipment of samples/items (non-inventory) Eg. Catalogue, Novelties etc.
Promote effective, polite and friendly working relations with all stakeholders.
Ensure all activities are in compliance with corporate standards and government regulations.
Buddy\'s system - Handle and take care of Buddy\'s Jobs when he/she is absent for work and ensure timely completion.
Promote team work and support each other.
Monitor Vendor\'s performance (KPI) including orders\'s deviation, responsiveness etc.
Minor Functions (if any)
Other Ad-Hoc Duties (Such as Weekly presentation, answer phones, writing of minutes of
meeting, stock counting etc.).
Requirements
Diploma/ Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / other related fields.
Knowledge on Purchasing and Logistic (Import & Export).
