Candidates with experience as a Customer Service Officer, Shipping Executive, Supply Chain duties welcome
Responsibilities:
Coordination with internal and external parties (customers, vendors, and freight forwarding companies)
Preparation of full set of shipping documents for export and import such as bill of lading, invoice, packing list, certificate of origin etc.
Management of Customer and supplier for order follow up, delivery etc.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Min Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Material Management or equivalent with 2 years relevant working experience.
Good time management skills and able to work under tight schedule and pressure
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Good self-discipline, positive working attitude, good team player.
